The top coat’s unique formula ensures perfect durability and strength of the artificial coating for 21 days and prevents light-colored gel polishes and base coats from fading or yellowing when exposed to sunlight. It has a light blue tint, which neutralizes the yellowish tint of light colors. Edlen No-Wipe Top Coat with UV Filters retains its shine and does not wear down while the client wears the gel polish coating; it gives the coating a beautiful shine and contrast.
Application technique for Edlen Top No-Wipe UV Filters:
• Perform standard nail preparation.
• Afterward, it is recommended to clean the nail plate using the Edlen Prep&Finish degreaser.
• Apply Edlen Ultrabond—a special product that promotes a strong bond between the artificial material and the nail plate.
• Apply a thin or leveling coat of Edlen base coat to the nail, depending on the next step in the application process, and cure it in a UV lamp for 90 seconds or in a LED/hybrid lamp for 60 seconds.
• Apply the selected Edlen Color, Cover Base, or other Edlen camoufling material in a single coat or a leveling coat, and cure under a UV lamp for 90 seconds or under an LED/hybrid lamp for 60 seconds. For curing a single layer of highly pigmented Edlen gel polishes, choose powerful and properly functioning lamps. Curing time in a UV lamp is 90 seconds; in an LED or hybrid lamp with a power of at least 36W, it is 60 seconds.
• Apply the Edlen top coat and cure it in a UV lamp for 180 seconds, or in an LED/hybrid lamp for 120 seconds for even greater durability of the top coat.
