TOUCH PERLA COVER BASE – a collection of incredible camouflaging base coats that combine a delicate base with a pearlescent finish. No need to rub anything in—simply apply the camouflaging PERLA BASE and enjoy the iridescent shimmer that looks uniquely stunning in sunlight and even under artificial lighting. The highlight of this base is that you can apply it as a regular leveling coat, or you can create various lines with a dotting tool or a fine brush after application to achieve cosmic shimmer effects.

Application instructions:
• Lightly buff the surface with a 180-grit buff.
• Degrease the nail plate with Fresher.
• Apply a dehydrator.
• Apply Ultra Bond or primer with a semi-dry brush to the tip of the nail, avoiding contact with the skin.
• Apply a thin layer of Hold Base or Smart Rubber Base as a base coat.
• Cure under the lamp for 60 seconds.
• Remove the sticky layer of the hold base or smart rubber base.
• Perform standard leveling of the COVER BASE and cure.
• File the end to build up thickness and create the shape’s framework.
