Edlen Ice base
A base coat with a neutral pH of 6.8. A base that has no negative effect on the nail plate! Thanks to its safe formula, it’s ideal for thin and weakened nails and causes absolutely no burning sensation during curing!
Edlen Ice Base has a liquid consistency, allowing you to create a very thin coat. The Edlen acid-free base is also soft and elastic, making it perfect for pedicures, as a leveling layer, and as a thin layer under camouflage materials. It requires additional mechanical preparation of the nail plate for good adhesion to the natural nail.
Edlen Ice Base Features:
• Clear base
• Formulated with an acid-free formula
• Liquid consistency
• Excellent self-leveling properties
• Light consistency that is comfortable to work with
• Safe for smoothing the nail plate
• No HEMA/No TPO
Edlen Ice Base Application Technique:
• Perform standard nail preparation; additionally, buff the nail plate with a 180-grit file or a 180-grit buffer.
• Afterward, it is recommended to clean the nail plate using the Edlen Prep&Finish degreaser.
• Apply Edlen Ultrabond—a special product that promotes a strong bond between the artificial material and the nail plate.
• Apply the Edlen Ice Base coat to the nail and cure it in a UV lamp for 90 seconds or in a LED/hybrid lamp for 60 seconds.
• Apply your chosen Edlen Color and cure it under a UV lamp for 90 seconds or under an LED/hybrid lamp for 60 seconds. For curing a single coat of highly pigmented Edlen gel polishes, choose powerful and properly functioning lamps. Curing time in a UV lamp is 90 seconds; in an LED/hybrid lamp with a power of at least 36W, it is 60 seconds.
• Apply the Edlen top coat and cure it in a UV lamp for 180 seconds, or in a LED/hybrid lamp for 120 seconds for even greater durability of the top coat.
