Camouflaging base coat for covering and smoothing nails.
Features:
• Not suitable for smoothing long nails without prior strengthening.
• Provides excellent coverage of the natural nail thanks to its high pigmentation.
• Hypoallergenic and odorless.
• Curing time under the lamp: 120 seconds.
• Can be heated further to make the consistency even thinner.
• Minimal shrinkage is possible while wearing due to the elasticity of the base.
• Requires a Rubber Base.
• Has a pH of 5–6.
• Curing lamp power: 36–48 W. The lamp must be genuine.
• Removes easily both by filing and with a remover.
• Ensures wear without lifting for 3–4 weeks.
• Has a medium consistency.
Application method:
1. Removal.
2. Do not file the nail shape, or leave 2 mm in length, which will be removed after leveling.
3. File the top of the nail with a 220-grit file without applying heavy pressure, lifting the flakes of the nail plate, or use a 100-grit buff.
4. Perform the manicure.
5. If using removers, wash your hands with soap after handling them.
6. Degrease the nail using LUNAmoon Nail Prep. Perform this step twice. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe per 5 fingers). First pass: Wipe the surface of the nail. Second pass: Take an orange stick, place a wipe on it, and wipe the entire cuticle area and nail grooves.
7. Use a primer if desired, but if the base coat has sufficient acidity, it is not necessary.
8. For the base coat, use LUNAmoon Rubber Base or Fix Base. Apply a thin layer, working the product into the nail plate with a flat brush. Pay special attention to the cuticle area and nail grooves to prevent lifting. Cure for 60 seconds.
9. We recommend not removing the tacky layer from the base, as it helps the base chemically bond with subsequent layers (gel, color, base). Removing the tacky layer weakens the chemical adhesion and increases the risk of delamination.
9. Smooth the surface. Cure in the lamp for 90 seconds.
10. File the shape after smoothing. This is necessary to create thickness at the edge of the nail that will support the free edge.
11. Wipe away the tacky layer.
12. Apply a top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe the nails with anything after curing, as this may cause the shine to fade.
